My address wasn't found. What do I do?
TrashAlert has live lookups in 74 US cities: DeKalb County, Cary, Arlington County, Arlington, Rocky Mount, Manatee County, Menasha, Honolulu, Lee County, Naperville, Opelika, Alabaster, Spartanburg, Hoover, Allentown, DeSoto, Duncanville, League City, Gulfport, Mansfield, Fort Pierce, Pembroke Pines, Lynchburg, Beverly Hills, Plano, Dayton, Cheyenne, South Bend, Oxnard, Santa Maria, Cedar City, Santa Monica, Hartford, Rancho Cucamonga, Homewood, Kissimmee, Easton, The Woodlands, Bartlett, Sherman, Shelby, Longmont, Syracuse, Altoona, Alexandria, Eastvale, Placentia, Ocala, Fitchburg, Whittier, Pasadena, Anna, Rowlett, Charleston, Erie, Westland, Tempe, Salt Lake City, McKinney, San Diego, Austin, Houston, Phoenix, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Boston, New York City, Long Beach, Indianapolis, Baltimore, Gilbert, Kansas City, Nashville and Portland. How do reminders work?
Sign up with your email after looking up your address, then click the confirm link we send. The evening before each pickup you'll get an email saying which bins go out, adjusted for holidays. Unsubscribe with one click in any email. Text-message reminders are not available yet.
Is my data private?
Yes. We collect minimal data, don't use tracking cookies, don't sell your information, and don't serve ads. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Is TrashAlert free?
Yes, for residents, and it stays free. Property managers and HOAs who need schedules for many addresses can use the paid Portfolio plan at /pricing.
My schedule seems wrong. How do I report it?
Our schedules come from official city data and neighbor reports, and cities do change routes. Email us your full street address and the correct pickup day, and we'll check the source and fix it. You can also press Report My Schedule on the lookup page.
