What's the difference between Portfolio Self-Service and Assisted Pilot?
Portfolio Self-Service is a self-serve, in-app checkout for up to 99 addresses. Assisted Pilot is quote-based, white-glove onboarding where we set up your first CSV import and branding for you — it is not the same self-service checkout flow.
What if I need API or enterprise access?
Contact sales. API/Enterprise access is pilot-stage — there is no public self-service API pricing yet.
How do you cover 6.2M+ addresses?
TrashAlert uses official municipal open data, ArcGIS, Socrata, and city lookup sources for the current 6.2M+ address / 14 live-city public baseline. New cities are added only after source validation and address-level QA.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel from your billing portal and your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period.
